Approximately one-third of the factory equipment in operation at our company is manufactured in-house. In addition to on-the-job training provided directly by skilled technicians, we have created an environment where young employees can reliably acquire skills through training that utilizes the latest digital tools and simulation technologies.

In order to meet quality standards around the world, we deploy quality managers to our global offices and ensure that we provide a global quality.
In addition, we believe that the starting point of quality assurance is the dedication to the following four lineside principles: neatness, organization, hygiene, and cleanliness. At each of our plants, we carry out inspection by managers every day, and provide guidance for improvement from a managerial perspective.
